Our Staff
Our qualified, committed, and experienced staff possess a minimum of 3 years experience of working with at-risk
youth and operating under hostile circumstances. From the maintenance crew to the executive board, all personnel have
been certified and trained to work with the youth we service and are able to identify, address, and solve various behavioral
problems that may be encountered on a day-to-day basis, both individually and collectively. Our personnel consists of

Qualified prospective employees can apply for positions with our organization when employment becomes available.
Employment opportunities are posted periodically on our website and applicants must have experience or become certified through
a corresponding program, have a clear driving record, satisfactorily pass the screening interview, be CPR certified, clear
the Department of Justice criminal background investigation, complete a 40 hour training program, pass the drug test and physical
exam.

Essay Contest
C.S.D.I., Inc. of Palmdale, California will often administer an essay contest in which it will pose a question to local
grade school students to answer in essay form according to a specified criteria. Information for essay is presented
to each local school board for approval, then distributed to the local schools to pass on to all interested students.
Detailed rules and regulations are furnished along with the essay question and deadlines are vehemently adhered to. Essay
winners are publicly recognized at a predetermined community event with a grant award and all participants are awarded a Certificate
of Participation.
